Sims 4 games won't launch-Windows

My Sims 4 won't launch new games. I had a game that I play on frequently and save every time after exiting. When I opened it this morning, none of my Sims appeared. I saved, closed the game, and restarted my laptop. When I opened the Sims again there were no sims in any of the worlds, and every lot was empty. I looked at my other saved games and none of them had this issue. I closed the app and repaired it. When I opened it again, I tried creating a new world and starting over but after creating a new sim I tried adding it to a lot and the game crashed. I tried restarting my game, but the same issues kept happening. Please help me fix this issue.

    @Ashlynnsim  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the sims are present.

    If you see an error message at any point, please post a screenshot.
