Sims 4 Get To Work Crashes

Question

I have previously had a problem where i have code appeared instead of text, however to fix this i re-installed sims 4. I then bought the new expansion, Get To Work and since i got this it has began to start crashing during gameplay. The longer i play the more frequent it seems to be crashing! Please help i have no idea why its doing this ☹️

Seems like you only have a graphics chip that does not fulfill the minimum requirements. Also the drivers are from 2011. Check if there are newer ones here:&nbsp;https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

What graphics settings are you playing on ? Try lowering them to low and see if it works then.

Hi thanks for the advice!I tried to update my drivers however it said they are already fully updated.My parents say the driver may be nearly full so i am deleting some Sims 3 games off my laptop. Do you think this will help? Also i will lower the graphics in my game 🙂 thanks

Im afraid this didn't work. i uninstalled my Sims 3 games and lowered graphics but it still crashed after 10 minutes. Is there any other option?
