sims 4 get to work dose not show options and goals just pictues and boxes

once the options to go to work comes up their is no writing just the outline of the boxes and when I get to the work the task our just the ox and the picture no writing I have no idear what to do and the options talking to pepoel have no written just boxes and pictures
