Sims 4 Get to Work missing

I believe it was from EA, as the majority of my EPs are from there.  But I'm not 100% sure.  There is a small chance it could have been on Steam, but definitely not a 3rd party. 

@BrownEyedGirl716  I'll flag your post to someone from EA, but with the holiday weekend, it may take a couple days to get a response.  In the interim, please check your email for a purchase confirmation from either EA or Steam, since knowing where you bought the pack may be useful.  Please also confirm that you never had an EA Play subscription, since that's the other main cause of this issue.

Well that is Odd since I don't even have an Xbox.  Glad you figured it out.  Thanks. 

My go to work pack is missing, I can't start my saves without the missing pack! What do I do? I've already cleared my cache and restarted my computer. None of those simple fixes have worked.

Did you previously purchase Get to Work, or were you playing that through an EA Play membership that's since expired? Please check the Order History on your account and check for your purchase there for Get to Work or an old membership for EA Play that's no longer active. 

When I try to play Sims 4 on my main Xbox I get a message that says "Game data not complete" and it appears the "Get to Work" DLC is what's not loading. A few nights ago this happened for the first time and when I attempted to uninstall and reinstall it, it no longer said I owned the add-on. It was late so I repurchased it and contacted Xbox for a refund the next day. It worked for that night, however I attempted to play again tonight and again it didn't work. Before I uninstalled it, I contacted Xbox support. They walked me through every other troubleshooting step and when we got to the step where I uninstalled the DLC, it once again says I no longer own the DLC. The Xbox rep said this was an EA issue. The craziest part though is that if I try to play on my other Xbox, I have no problems and it shows that I own the DLC still. I use the same account for both consoles and have tried everything. I've been at this for nearly 4 hours today. I'm at a complete loss and I just want to play my game. Help 😭

Hi, I had messaged EA about losing all of my game packs that I had bought when Origin no longer existed and migrated to EA, some of which are still missing today. However, I had previously opened Sims 4 at the beginning of this month and noticed some of the old packs had been added to my account and was so excited! I didn't play for 2 weeks because I was on vacation, but when I just came to play the game, it said I couldn't because "Get to Work" was missing -- which would have been one that was restored to my account. I'm really upset by this.
