Sims 4 glitching whenever I move camera around?

Hey, so, when I move my camera around in-game on The Sims 4, I noticed that it looked sort of pixelated (if that’s the right word?). I provided two pictures to show what I’m talking about when I move...

    Please also let me know whether you're playing in fullscreen or windowed mode and whether it helps to switch to the other.  Be sure to quit to desktop and restart your computer (a real restart, not just closing the laptop lid and opening it again) after switching modes and before testing.

I switched it to windowed fullscreen mode and it ended up fixing the issue!! Thanks so much!
