I'm from tunis it's in north africa this is a small list of my current choices
@caraglassmen The second one you linked, with the MX230, is the best of the three by a significant margin. This one:
Its graphics card is a lot faster than the cards in the others, plus its processor is stronger. In fact, it's the best laptop I saw for your budget on either site. There was one that had an MX330 (a little faster than an MX230) and was a bit cheaper, but it didn't come with Windows 10, which would put the cost above your preferred price. Anyway, this laptop should run Sims 4 on medium or medium-high settings with no trouble.
By the way, I don't know whether you'd even want a gaming laptop, but this is surprisingly cheap for its hardware, and only a little more than the Acer:

@caraglassmen Thanks so much for letting me know. I always hope that things work out for the people who ask for advice, but I don't often hear back, so it's great to know your laptop is working out so well.

Hey! First i want to thank you for your help. Im not sure if here is the right place to ask your help, but if you can help me i will be very grateful. I wanted to delete one mod to install a new one and by mistake i delete everything not in mods folder but in sims folder in electronic arts. After i turn on my game i received message that my graphic card is no longer connected with sims and i will lose all the settings or something like this. The message disappeared very fast and i didnt read it well but the result was that my game is awful like graphic. The walls and furnitures looks like I've painted them. The same is with sims, all hands and legs have edges and nothing look natural. Dont have idea what i did and how to fix it. I delete couple of times all the game and install it again, check my configurations in options but cant fix the mess that i made. Do you have any idea what can be the problem and how to fix it? Thank you very much!

@WhiteDante88 Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post, so I can get an idea of what might be going on with your system.

Please also open Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, find config.log, and attach it as well. You can delete your user and computer names, about 25 lines down, but the file doesn't contain any other identifying information.
