Sims 4 Hair/CC Problem

Okay so I normally know my way around Sims modding. I've been a die hard Sims fan since I was a little girl and I love it more when I can make everything look more realistic. Well, I don't have problems with anything other than the hair. All the CC hair is perfect in Create a Sim, but when I get to live mode, the pictures of my characters in the bottom left corner have this horribly textured and highlighted hair. Like the textures aren't loading. But the hair on the movable characters is just fine.

This is getting really frustrating for me to look at. The hair is bright and untextured, and draws my attention way too easily, putting me off from wanting to play.

I have turned off laptop mode, and have turned on script mods. All my graphics settings are at the highest and I've tested checking and unchecking various other things such as the 'Uncompressed Sim textures', and etc.

I don't know what else to do and can't find any threads or forums on this problem anywhere, and the most similar problem that happens is the hair turning blue rather than the hair texture just not loading.

PLEASE help.

    Is it ALL cc hair or only that from certain creators ?

    CC issues are usually best asked at the cc communities or with the creators themselves rather than on the official EA forum :D

    You probably have slow old computer or the creator of the hair didn't do a good job on how good working hair I suggest stelthic 😊

    It's not my computer and I know that for an absolute fact. I wiped my computer clean because there was a bunch of * on it from when my mom used it, viruses and junk that I could not get off my laptop. But before I did that I already had The Sims 4 on it and I remember having this problem at one point but I figured out how to fix it and the only problems I ever really had was broken mods or the occasional lag and crash. And I do not know if it is all hairstyles. So far I've only placed two Sims (male and female) within the world, and both of their 'everyday' hairstyles are Stealthic. 90% of my mods are only from featured artists from The Sims Resource.

    I am having troubles seeing what you mean. Could you zoom in or maybe circle the issue
