Sims 4 has disappeared from my origin

I bought the sims 4 on 2nd November, I redeemed my product code through my origin account and it downloaded and installed as normal. I have played this on and off until yesterday with absolutely no ...

    If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.

Honestly mine dissapered right when i got windows 10, Right when it finished the windows 10 download i went to play sims and it asked me for the code,i think it might be when you update your computer, origen thinks its a whole new computer and makes you use the security code just to make sure you arnt stealing the users games

@star100095 I had no problem when I updated Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. Origin is client software and can be uninstalled and reinstalled without affecting the game. If the game does not appear in Origin you can uninstall and re download and reinstall Origin. Make sure you are using the correct login. If you have created multiple accounts you may be logging in to the wrong account. If you are unsure YOU HAVE TO CONTACT EA CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recently I contacted EA customer service and I used the call back and I was talking to a rep within minutes. This is a forum environment not tech support. As much as we would like to help you user accounts can NOT be accessed here.
