It says it has been digitally downloaded, the items showed up in my game I applied them, and this morning when I logged in all items were gone with a message that said I didnt have acces to these items and items have been removed

I tried one last thing after going thru the troubleshooting list.
Open Origin
Hover over Sims 4
Click on the 'i' More Info icon.
Locate Holiday Celebration Pack to vetrify it shows as installed
Right click on that pack fpr options to Check for Updates or Repair
The Repair restored the missing items
