Sims 4 Horse Ranch Available for download in managing add-ons(?)

Hello,

I wanted to open this just to be sure its all good and well.

I was updating my game and checking through my add-ons, when I noticed that, when you're visiting the regular pre-order page for the upcoming Horse Ranch pack, you are not allowed to download the pack (which makes sense, since it comes out on the 20th.)
Only, when I open the section of managing add-ons it gives me the option to click the button to download, since its not greyed out, and its easily visible on the top part of the screen, as if I have forgotton/not downloaded an owned expansion pack. (I do want to add that I have pre-ordered the pack, in case this makes a difference)

I wanted to make sure that this is intended and if not wanted to make the people here aware of this.

I hope this is the right place to do so.
I've added a screenshot with what I mean.

Hopefully someone can clear this up,
