this issue is mostly caused by incompatible mods.

The list is not complete so there might be other mods causing issues.
You must update or remove incompatible mods or you will run into issues
The majority of the mods I use are hair, clothes, and accessories. I have some traits too so I’ll delete those. What then do I do if that doesn’t work out?
Come back and we'll troubleshoot some more :D
- So I deleted all of the traits I could find as well as some other cc I had and tried to load a new household with a sims with cc. It still wouldn’t load up the household and I had to restart my computer again.
Please remove all Mods and CC. The try a new game.
