Sims 4 Household wont open

So I know there has been an issue with this for others, but mine is a bit different. So I've played with many mods before and after i'm done making a sim I can go straight to a lot and build a house ...

The majority of the mods I use are hair, clothes, and accessories. I have some traits too so I’ll delete those. What then do I do if that doesn’t work out?

So I deleted all of the traits I could find as well as some other cc I had and tried to load a new household with a sims with cc. It still wouldn’t load up the household and I had to restart my computer again.

  Please remove all Mods and CC. The try a new game.

  Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199
  
  You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
  
  After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.
  
  Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
  
  Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
  
  Tray Folder
  
  Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
  
  Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave)
  
  Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
  
  Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)
  
  The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    So I've reset my factory settings and it's like a brand new game. I am able to go into a household just fine (but without any mods and cc). So if I wanted to add my mods and cc back would I just add a few at a time to the mods folder and see if I can access a household and continue doing it until I run across a problem and delete the recently added ones or is there a faster way to do that.
