I have a problem with traveling when I trying to go to different world for example to Vet screen getting frozen and the same is happening when I trying to go to my work - INTERIOR DESIGNER

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and test.
