Unfortunately, It won't even get to the point where it can create the folder in my documents, I deleted the folder when clearing my cache's. oops. I will try creating the folder myself, with permissions and get back and let you know. Thanks though. Crossing my fingers.

do not uninstall the game because i did that and it didn't work im trying to fix my self

You want to exclude Origin.exe and ts4.exe in programs(x86)\Origin_Games\thesims4\game\bin (path may vary depending on your installation)
