@Juubeez It's Origin being weird. Try a clean boot:

You can try just manually disabling "Origin Client Service" and "Origin Web Helper Service," which might be enough.

I got it to repair, but it don't download any of my packs. The window pop-up it needs to download the files still won't pop up. Is it my computer, origin, or my game?

If your packs are already installed then no window will pop up. Can't you still start the game? What message do you receive when you try to start the game?

I can not open the game, it redirects me to Origin and says I need to update my game. It says "Your Download is Paused, Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows Prompts you for permission."

  Please, clear Origin Cache - https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
  If it will not work:
  Uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version) - it will be clean all traces of Origin from your computer
  https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/
  and install again
  http://origin.com/download

    Sorry for the delayed response, but I tried both of those and Origin still asks for a pop up that never shows up. Is it because of my game or is it origin being weird?
