Sims 4 Issues on PC

After the update I’ve encountered countless of different issues. The first one I noticed was that every time I tried to build my game would randomly crash. Then I notice that my sims couldn’t throw away trash (dishwasher, sink, trash can). Now I’m noticing that even though I have a thermostat on the bottom floor and the top floor and have it set to warmer, it’s currently winter in my game, and my sims still have the moodlet for freezing temperatures even though their inside and the thermostat is set to warmer. I’ve tried repairing my game and even removing all my mods and cc but the issues still persist. 

I own all the expansion packs (even pre ordered the new one), all except 2(Batuu & Strangerville) of the game packs, all the stuff packs except 3(fitness, spooky, & Luxury), and all the kits.
