Visual glitch making game unplayable
Ever since the last update to the game, when I load in it has this visual glitch that all the pop ups leave trails and the actual game screen in blue. I have attached the picture below. I don’t have mods or CC and it’s a laptop. I don’t even know where to start to get help. I’m not too good with computer stuff. I tried to send an email for help but I’m not getting an answer. I would appreciate any help.
KyBug99 It looks like your computer doesn't have a proper graphics driver installed. If you know how, please install the newest driver for your GPU and restart, then test the game again.
If this doesn't help, or you don't know how to install a driver, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
