Sims 4 jungle adventure wont download!

my sims 4 jungle adventure wont download . it says unlocked but when I go to download it says connectivity download failed but I have an Ethernet connected no internet problems . any things I can do Ive put download safety on, restart origin restarted pc still nothing.

    Many YouTubers often get a promo/early access code from EA so that they can get people hyped up about the game, and have time to put up videos before the actual game is released. I follow three simmers on YouTube. Deligracy, SimmerKitten and TheSimSupply, and in their Jungle Adventure videos, all of them state that they got an early access code from EA.

    The official release is in half an hour, nothing is wrong.

    Jungle Adventure shows up in the marketplace, and I can add it to the cart, but the Pay Now button is greyed out. I double checked to make sure my card info was right, and that I clicked the Terms and Conditions box.

    Technically fixed the problem, I just added a new card, I don't know why it wouldn't let me use my normal card. Checked with the bank and everything was all good. So I finally purchased it.

    BUT now it won't download? It says I own the game, just download to play it, but it won't let me download.

    When you look in your order history does it say Completed?

    It did. Origin crashed a few minutes later, took a while to boot up again. After about a half an hour, it finally opened and started downloading the game pack.

    @stephaniestarer Hey, it looks like you have the content now, is everything working now?

    Hopefully their system caught the double purchase and only charged you once, but if you have issues with that please reach out to them.
