BrittanyGuerra Please force Sims 4 to run in DirectX 11 mode. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and enter -dx11 in the command line box.

It's better for some problems than others though, for example it generally seems to do better with missing purchases or other account issues than with game crashes.
