Sims 4 keeps crashing, white screen then back to EA app

I have tried to repair the game and uninstall. I restarted my computer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app. I have deleted all files completely from my computer. No mods or anythin...

beltisha8 Your dxdiag shows that Sims 4 is crashing because the Nvidia driver is crashing. The problem is that Nvidia doesn't offer a current driver for your GeForce 840A, and neither does Lenovo. So you can try clean-uninstalling and reinstalling the current driver, which you can get here:

You want the second result overall, dated December 2017, not the one from 2023, which looks like it doesn't actually support your GPU.
