Sims 4 keeps crashing

Sims 4 keeps crashing after i played for 15 minutes. The game freezes for 1-2 seconds and then crashes. It started yesterday suddenly after playing for a few hours (with one crash), and now i can't play at all because it crashes almost right away. I have attached my file, pls help me
