Sims 4 keeps crashing

Hello, I've been playing the sims since 2016 and for the past couple of months. (it started around November). My game keeps randomly crashing. I don't know why. I've repaired the game, uninstalled it...

    epotenzo5  Please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode.  Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.

    Separately, please disable Game Mode and Game Bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.
