Sims 4 keeps crashing

Hello,

Since months I have not been able to play The Sims 4 on my Windows pc. I have tried all I could think of but it keeps happening on random occasions, usually there is a last exception before the crash, but when using the helper from twistedmexi it just says 'unknown error'. I tried playing on my boyfriend's PC and then te game works without issues. Other games on my pc work fine. List of what I did in an attempt to fix it:

• Removed and reinstalled the game and EA app
• Reinstalled Windows 11
• Removed all my mods
• Disabled overlays, EA app, Nvidia, Steam
• Deleted old saves, respawned new save folder
• BIOS to default for overclocking
• Updated all my drivers + BIOS

These are my specs:

I hope somebody can help cause at this point I do not know what to do anymore. I also included a dx.diag file.
