Sims 4 keeps freezing after Windows 11 update.

I just recently got the newest Windows Update on my PC, and ever since, I’ve been unable to get onto Sims 4 or Sims 4 (Get Together). Everytime I go on the app, it just freezes, I can’t move my mouse...

Move your mods folder to your desktop and delete localthumbcache.package then test the game.

I’ve done that. Nothing’s changed. It still freezes on the loading page.

      I did. There’s no problems detected in the Diag.
