@PixelFacex3 It's ok to use a non WHQL driver as long as it works but if your having issues that would be a good idea to try a newer driver.
@PixelFacex3 I tried to find specs on your monitor but there must be another model number somewhere. Your dxdiag shows your connected with a HD15 cable. Does your monitor have a DVI port? That might help some.

@PixelFacex3 Computer graphics is very complicated. While HD15 may be ok for many instances, the bandwidth for gaming may become restricted. DVI is an improvement over vga (HD15). There are different versions of DVI which can change the bandwidth. But DVI is loosing preference to HDMI and there are different versions of HDMI. This is because of the resolution increases the demands of your graphics hardware increases. If you are having issues with your graphics your have to look at the capabilities of your graphics chip. How are you connected to your display device. What is the capabilities of your display device. Any weakness can have adverse affects. I'm guessing you have a bottleneck somewhere and the way to determine if there is a bottleneck is substitution. Borrow some better equipment and see if the issue goes away. If you take your computer to a computer shop that's what they would do. You need to find out where the issue (bottleneck) is and plan accordingly.
