Sims 4 latest update CAS and Build/Buy Mode bug(s)

I launched Sims 4 after the latest update yesterday (so all mods still disabled) and created a Sim. Normally the item already applied or worn is selected and in view when you switch categories etc, b...

I have the same issue even without CC and mods. I even deleted the Sims 4 folder to generate a new one, and tried a fresh Sims game (no mods, CC, saves, tray files, nothing) with the same issue.
