I recently had isses with the game - Characters kept getting stuck, npcs too, reseting them did not chane anything. So I repaired game, now game is alsoin czech.I live in Germany, hav aways played in english, ave bought the base game and most of my add ons through origin/ea app. Tried deinstalling and reinstalling but the only available ölanguages are czech, polish and russian.
Is your EA App language set to English as well? I don't know if that had anything to do with how I was able to restore the text to English, but that's one thing I did.
However, it really is interesting that you're missing your native language. I thought only us from Poland had problems with only having three options, all Slavic. I wonder if more Europeans are experiencing this, it would be really weird if that was a problem in Spain or France, since they are not even close to Poland or Czech Republic.
Anyway, it's really upsetting that people are still having this problem. I am so sorry it happened to you too.

Again after repairing the game using the EA app, the game language has been changed from English to Czech. Only this time, after uninstalling and re-downloading, there is no English language. As you can see in the attached screenshots, the app is in English. I would like to play The Sims 4 in English as before.
Two weeks have passed since a message posted by EA_CADE. I still can't play in English. I'm tired of problems with the EA application and bugs in The Sims 4. I was waiting to play during the long weekend in Poland. I'm lucky anyway, unlike others, because I can play in my native language. However, I don't want to play in Polish. I am learning the language by playing in English. As others have suggested on this thread, I reported the lack of English using Chat. A Game Advisor told me the problem is known and global. Unfortunately, Game Advisor couldn't help me. I don't want to sound dramatic, but I'm giving up on the Sims 4 and other EA games. The impossibility of playing TS4 in English is the last straw for me. Remember that I have all The Sims 4 add-ons (expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and kits).
