Just stumbled with this post after trying to install my game on a freshly installed Windows, to then notice my game was in Czech. I do not speak this language and haven't been near Its region, nor bought the game in this language, in fact, if I check again to see which languages are available for my game in the EA App, I only get: Czech, Polish & Russian.
When I initally bought my game it was language locked to English (United Kingdom), some years later there was an offer on Origin, I took advantage and re-bought it to have it multilingual, so I should be able to have all the languages available for the game, as I clearly remember having them all when I used Origin. Or at least in Spanish from Spain, which is where I currently live.
Just got off from a chat with EA Help Support, I explained my issue, they checked my account and told me the following:
I guess we just have to wait and cross our fingers for EA to fix this soon 🤞

and post the report ID. Please also take a screenshot showing the three languages you have available and attach it to a post.
