Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English. When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

Just stumbled with this post after trying to install my game on a freshly installed Windows, to then notice my game was in Czech. I do not speak this language and haven't been near Its region, nor bought the game in this language, in fact, if I check again to see which languages are available for my game in the EA App, I only get: Czech, Polish & Russian.

When I initally bought my game it was language locked to English (United Kingdom), some years later there was an offer on Origin, I took advantage and re-bought it to have it multilingual, so I should be able to have all the languages available for the game, as I clearly remember having them all when I used Origin. Or at least in Spanish from Spain, which is where I currently live.

Just got off from a chat with EA Help Support, I explained my issue, they checked my account and told me the following:

( 22m 20s ) Leimapokpam: Thank you for waiting, I would like to inform you that we are getting reports for the same issue from other players and we have reported the issue further to our team to be investigated. This is an known issue and I would request you to please wait as our team will be investigating and sharing the update via our Twitter handle. This issue should be fixed as soon as possible.

I guess we just have to wait and cross our fingers for EA to fix this soon 🤞
