Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I cannot believe how dumb down the ea app is compared to origin.... In origin I could easly change the languge of any game at any time, but now we're forced to use ea app and I have the same problem... I used the option to fix the game and the language changed to czech when I had it english. Of course I can't change the language of a game that's laready installed... So I unistalled the sims 4 and the only options it gave me was czech, polish, russian... when I just want to play the game in english.
