Sims 4 loading screen glitch

I got on The Sims 4 and the loading screen was flashing and the letters were boxes ! I tried checking my files and my custom content but I dont see the problem. I've also looked for solutions online but it's notch helping me and the solutions are from a couple of years back. Any help would be appreciated
