SIMS 4 Login

Hi,

having trouble opening Sims 4. Purchased game in PC DVD format. Installed on Windows 8 laptop, activated and was working. Associated with email account [edit: email address removed]. Had issues starting game, created new Origin Id, can no longer remember original Origin Id. With current Origin Id, Origin App does not display Sims 4 as one of 'My Games'. Adding the game or running from Sims 4 shortcut asks to activate game, however, once entered reports that the Product code is already in use.

Can you help please?

    Hi @Lynchnesmonster,

    Please note that serial codes can only be used once. You have to log in into Origin with the first account you created.
