Hi, having trouble opening Sims 4. Purchased game in PC DVD format. Installed on Windows 8 laptop, activated and was working. Associated with email account [edit: email address removed]. Had issues ...

Hi @Lynchnesmonster,

Please note that serial codes can only be used once. You have to log in into Origin with the first account you created.
