Hi there, I wanted to post about a problem I just noticed I'm having. Sims 4 suddenly looks very grainy and pixelated. I noticed it right after I set my graphics to Ultra. I looked up the problem and people said to uncheck Post-Processing Effects, which I did, however the problem is still happening. I have a really good laptop that should be able to handle high settings, so I'm not sure what to do now. I've attached a picture of the problem as well as my graphics settings. Please help if you can! I already have this issue in Sims 3 and I can't even play it anymore because of that, I'll be so upset if it happens in TS4 too!
@cocoawhirl Try turning Edge Smoothing to its highest setting and checking the box for uncompressed sim textures. Quit and reload the game after making the changes. If you don't see a difference, switch to fullscreen mode and quit and restart. The next step would be switching from DirectX 9 to DX11 mode, or vice versa. Here's how:

If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
