Sims 4 lots won’t load

Hello, I’ve recently got sims from a origin account.

it was working fine but recently when trying to play none of the lots will load, this happens even if I try playing with sims already there or if I create my own and place them in a lot. 

it will load the game but there is just no house there? Although the house shows on the map.

ive tried repairing from origin & updating 

I’ve also tried uninstalling and re installing nothing?
