@shen87  When you say Moschino didn't go through, what exactly do you mean?  Does Origin show that you own the pack?  Open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, select More > Stuff Packs, scroll down to where Moschino is listed, and let me know what the orange button says: Download, Play, Details, or Buy Now.

i already did it! and it said i owned that content.. but i didnt see it! its missing!

@shen87  Does it say the content is installed, or just that you own the pack and can download it?  Packs sometimes still need to be manually downloaded.  Otherwise, try clearing Origin's cache:

Restart your computer, and repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  Even if you've already done it, repairing specifically after clearing the cache can help shake things loose.

Please launch the game while Origin is online (not in offline mode) at least twice, and if Moschino still doesn't show up at the Main Menu, let me know.  Please also go into the Sims 4 installed files, located by default in Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4, and see whether there's a folder labeled SP15.  This folder should be inside the Sims 4 folder, not in any subfolder.

@shen87  I'm sorry, I don't understand where you don't see the pack.  Is it listed in Origin, and if so, what does the orange button under the pack description say?

When you load the game to the Main Menu (where you can choose to load a save or start a new one), is the Moschino stuff pack on the list of packs, and if so, is it colored in like you own it, or is it blue like the packs you don't own?  If you're not sure, take a screenshot and attach it to a post.

I saw it on a download mánager when i click theres nothing happened..still the same?! IT stated i owned the content. Its listed but youre not gonna see it! Thank you 

@shen87  I'm sorry, but I still don't understand what you're trying to say.  Please answer these questions:

• Is the Moschino Stuff Pack on the list of stuff packs in your Origin game library?  To find out, open Origin, click My Game Library, click on the Sims 4 icon, click More, then Stuff Packs, scroll through the list, and see if Moschino is on it.

• If Moschino is on the list of stuff packs, as above, what does the orange button say below the pack description?  If you're not sure what you're looking at, please take a screenshot and attach it to a post.

Yes it is... it said i owned the content. I  cant attach here coz its too large. Thanks

If it says Play or Details, the game thinks it's already installed.  In that case, please load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, find Moschino on the list of stuff packs, and let me know whether the icon is colored in or just blue.

IT said  installed with green check..it didnt  say play or download... it said details and purchase as a gift?! I saw on download mánager and when i click it didnt go through! I saw a lot of mods stuff in youtube? And how to organize tour game when it comes to sims? Is it true? Thanks
