Sims 4 moving from one drive to desktop not worked
Please help me!!!

I've followed the instructions, however, my saves and all of my expansion packs are missing!! I followed the instruction to go into libraries and documents and whatnot but I've messed up somehow and I haven't got anything. I still own them on the EA app, but they don't show up when I load the game (it thinks I haven't got any)
nowhere on the forum does it say anything about missing packs and saves. I've made a copy of my saves (so I still have those) but they don't show up when I load the game!
Can anyone help?!
