Sims 4 moving from one drive to desktop not worked

Please help me!!! I recently realised my Sims 4 game was saved to my college one drive instead of my computer, so I tried to move it following these instructions -> https://answers.ea.com/t5/PC/...

Opened the expansion packs from the app and I've got them back but missing my saves. Then I moved my saves back into the one drive folder and half of them are missing ☹️ if anyone can at least let me know what's happened that would be appreciated
