Any time I load into my sims household, the new items in CAS or Build/Buy are not in the game. How do I fix this? The option to update my game on EA app isnt available because I've already updated it. Also, in settings the delivery option is enabled. I've never had this issue before in prior deliveries.
zerohero_08 Are you sure that none of the items are present? They may not show as new, so please search for them or otherwise look manually.
If they truly aren't present, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the content folder. Open the game again, and if the SDX download doesn't start on its own, open Options > Game Options > Sims Delivery and click the button to check for updates. Give it a little time to download, then quit and reload to (hopefully) see the content.
