Sims 4 Newest Update Mods - CC Not Working

Hi! So i’ve been playing sims since I was a kid and it’s probably my top 3 of favorite games. For a while now i’ve gotten used to the game saying something is wrong after every update but a few days...

yeah i tried that too earlier and it didn’t work. same exact results. thanks so much for replying btw haha i’ve been struggling.

@Ayanna1235  Do you happen to have the Sims 4 user folder (where you place your mods and cc) on an external drive or USB stick?  Do you use OneDrive?

Please also post a screenshot of the error you get when you have a mod or cc item in your user folder.

    No i don’t have it on anything like that i think. I’m not very good at computer stuff as you can tell lol.

    It just started working out of no where 😞 so um yeah this is so weird

      @Ayanna1235  Well, you did try almost every troubleshooting step, so mods should have started working at some point.  As long as you don't have the same issue again, I wouldn't worry about it.
