I purchased The Sims 4 and downloaded it (took around 1hr 30mins) the it goes to install, here's the problem, it just says 'installing......' and then doing nothing else, I left it on overnight and nothing happened? I've spoken to live support and nothing solved it, anyone in the same boat?
Please post your operating system (Vista, Windows 8, etc) and how much free space on your system drive.
When you open Origin does the game icon say download or play?
What happens when you click install?
does the game appear in Windows 8 program and features? First guess is the download may be corrupt and the installer is crashing. You may need to delete the download and try again.
Some of these game downloads are large. Is it possible your isp (internet service provider) is less then reliable? There may be errors when downloading but these should be corrected during the download. If you are having trouble with other downloads your isp may be suspect. Try downloading through another isp and see if the problem gets resolved.
