Sims 4 Not Launching
My Sims 4 will say it’s running and then not show up, even in the task manager. It will sometimes launch to a white screen but will never load. I’ve uninstalled the EA app and removed all Sims4 files...

maryclaire19 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
