Sims 4 not loading offline

Pls help! I’m trying to load up the sims offline and every time I click the play button it loads for like 5 minutes then brings me back to the ea offline screen? I’ve tried restarting my laptop and ea app but still getting the same pop up?? I’ve never had an issue before, ive also tried moving the whole folder to desktop and loading up a new save that worked okay and a fresh folder was created but im still running into the same problem ive attached a Dxdiag below

  • LeadedPuma28276  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that your computer is very low on free space.  So please try to clear as much space as you can, ideally another 15 GB or so (for a total of 25 free).  I realize this might be difficult given how small your C drive is, but do what you can and let me know how much space you end up clearing.

Please also disconnect any peripherals and restart your laptop.  Some of the errors in your dxdiag are crashes of the USB 3 driver, but these are typically not serious and clear up when the computer is restarted without the devices being connected.

Just to be clear, you said that you moved the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and started a new save, and that worked, but you also said you're seeing the same issue.  Do you mean the new save worked once but not again after that?  Or did you add your old saves and other content to the new Sims 4 folder (or restore the old folder), and then the game stopped working?
