Sims 4 Not responding at launch

I purchased Sims 4 Premium Edition 9/9/14 and installed and started playing it right away. I logged 52 hrs of gameplay, and all of a sudden it freezes/ not responds at start up. I tried uninstalling ...

    Solved! Ended up being corrupted save files. Deleted saves and started over. Game works like a champ now! Thanks for the help.

    The tech did not find anything wrong with the computer side of things. They tried the same things I did and it still does not load. This is the only game that locks up. I paid $80 bucks for this game being the delux version and it doesn't work, and it's the only game that doesn't work and it's not my computer, yes I still need help!

    Did you try a clean boot ?
