I just downloaded Sims 4, and I'm trying to log in from Steam: the game is preparing, but it doesn't open. I'm also trying to log in from the EA APP, but it's the same: the game is preparing, but it doesn't open. Please help me!
30quag109z0y Are you using an admin Windows account? If not, does the game work if you switch? Please let me know either way.
If it doesn't help, or you've already been using an admin account, please create a new admin account, and make it local: don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address. (You can keep declining until you get some security questions instead.) Give the account a simple username, like Test, no special characters or accents. You'll be able to at least try to launch the game without reinstalling anything.
