Sims 4 Not Showing up in my Origin games

So I when I bought the disk version of sims 4 it worked perfectly from origin then I came on to Origin again not long ago and it wasn't there it wasn't any where on origin and I just wanted to know what everyone thinks I should do?

    Hey @m8ikku,

    You would need to reach back out to an advisor so they can take a closer look at the account in this case.

    If you need to post again after that point please feel free to start a new thread if there's not a more recent one on the topic you'd like to discuss.

    Hello @geekgirl592!

    Here are some steps you can try to get the game to re-appear:

    1. Try to click "Origin" on the top left and in the drop down select "Reload My Games".
    2. If that doesn't help, try logging out of Origin and then logging back in. This should clear the "cache" of Origin.
    3. Last, but not least, Uninstalling and Reinstalling Origin is the final step you can try doing.

    Just a question would uninstalling sims 4 and reinstalling it help?

    iv'e done this and my game wont still show up. I contacted the support service earlier today and they said that they couldn't help me???? is there anyone who knows how to fix this?
