Sims 4 not working on new pc windows 10

I got a new pc today and I can't seem to make the sims 4 work. While steam and Microsoft store games work fine, the sims 4 gives me the not working pop-up at launch. It works fine on my old laptop, s...

    Should be. I would try disabling it. Depends a bit if you plan on using it.

    Thank you so much! I’ll figure out if I want to keep it or not?m, but for now it’ll disable it before playing

      Glad to hear that helped.

      Enjoy Seasons when it comes out. From what I saw at EA Play, it's definitively worth it.
