Sims 4 not working
I made a new account for sims, deleted all my custom content, and bought new packs and my game will launch but immediately turn off once on loading screen.

I had this, turns out my laptop had "optional updates" which I didn't know about (could only find it through search bar) and there were graphics driver updates that hadn't been installed. Once I updated it worked again.
