Sims 4 not working

Two days ago i went to hop on sims after work like i usually do and it took me to the opening screen but as soon as I so tried to go into my save I just got the continuous loading screen. I’ve deleted ALL of my mods and tried to repair the game but I don’t even have that option on the EA app, tried everything to get the repair button back but nothing is working. I have cleared out everything and I don’t want to risk loosing my save by deleting the app and reinstalling. What should I do?

    f052b02859758a2a​  Can you load a different household within the same save?  Please try it: use Load Game and select a household you've never played.

    Separately, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load your main household, still with no mods or custom content, and see whether you get a new LE.  If you do, open the file and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.
