f052b02859758a2a Can you load a different household within the same save? Please try it: use Load Game and select a household you've never played.
Separately, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load your main household, still with no mods or custom content, and see whether you get a new LE. If you do, open the file and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.
