[Sims 4] Nothing happen when I clicked download

The game was running perfectly when I launched it through Origin a few months ago. I uninstalled the game later because I was not playing it much. Now that I want to play it again, I tried to download the game. However, since I switched to the EA app, I've encountered an issue when trying to download The Sims 4—nothing happens when I click 'download.'

Things I had tried:

1. Despite having never used the EA app for downloads before, I attempted to 'clear the cache' in hopes of resolving the problem, but unfortunately, it persists.

2. Then I tried to reinstall the EA app, and it still not working.

3. I also tried downloading it from two different computers (1 PC and 1 laptop, both worked perfectly with the Sims 4 Origin version before), but it did not work.

After trying all of these, nothing is happening whenever I click download. There's no error message, and my internet connection is stable. Interestingly, when I tried downloading The Sims 3, it started without any issues. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
